Personal Growth & Development

This past week a lot of the things happened in the world including me having to take a small hiatus from writing and video but guess what I’m back today and better than ever.

Earlier today I listened to the podcast by Jay Shetty who is a former Buddhist monk and has a lot of information about how you can live a better life and improve yourself especially with relationships.

One of the things he pointed out which really stuck with me is if I’m not improving myself then the person who’s interested in me probably doesn’t want to be as intimate with me as they should. Jay also points out that being vulnerable helps create a place of less boredom.

We all have times where we feel kind of dull, dumb, and just not up to status quo. It happens to the best of us but he also points out we can overcome that by creating projects to work on together so that we realize that we all have amazing skills that sometimes we don’t even realize we have as either family members, friends, or quite possibly our spouse.

No matter who it is remember it all starts with yourself and then the other person. I’m not talking about being selfish I’m talking about improving yourself. That’s the true key to everything is making sure that you know yourself well and you can inspire others to create a better bonding experience. No matter who you meet in the world. Thanks for reading and come back for more because this is going to get fired up again!
