Will Power & Mastery

I am going to become laser focused on a skill but I need to do one on an acceptable level. I’ve always been the Jack of all trades and master of none, isn’t even the full saying. Check out the full quote below.

A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one

There’s one thing certain in life and that’s being able to change and also choosing to change. Then again if you don’t like that change you can go back to what you were doing all along.

In a world full of experts, specialists, & know-it-alls the true meaning of the word happiness doesn’t mean you’re defined by your job or title. The world seems to ignore all the hard work and just praise the success.

Maybe we’re all just clueless but I’m not here for just a f****** participation trophy! If I’m going to do something I’m going to do it and sometimes I’m good at that but also I’m not good at sticking the landing on a lot of things. Maybe that’s an analogy I should used to keep reminding myself that I should finish when I started.

This post is inspired by a very knowledgeable younger brother Ryan Miller thanks for always giving me the more thoughtful and practical ways to improve my way of life. I love you.
